Do I need call-centre experience?

No. Freshers with good English are welcome. You get 2–3 weeks of free training, followed by a probation period.

What is the starting salary?

Sales Agents start at PKR 30,000–40,000 base plus uncapped commission. Top performers earn 2× their base or more.

What is the minimum education required?

A minimum of 14 years of education (Bachelor's or equivalent) is required for all roles.

What are the shift timings?

UK campaigns run on the evening shift, Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Is the training paid?

Training is free of cost, but it is not paid. It runs for 2–3 weeks and is followed by a probation period before you move to full salary.

What breaks and facilities do you offer?

Two tea breaks, a namaz break and a proper lunch break every shift. We also have a cafeteria with a big LED, indoor games and an on-site therapist.
